He introduced “Ethnic Food” concept to mainstream retailers including Loblaws, Wal-Mart, Oshawa Foods, A&P, Miracle Mart, Safeway and others. Introduced many multinational “Ethnic” brands to Canada and making great number of those into the leading Ethnic brands within the category.
B K Sethi has written several articles on opportunities in Ethnic Markets, published a quarterly magazine for trade “Ethnic Food Merchadiser” 1996-1999. He has been a guest speaker in several seminars on Ethnic Markets.
