Mexican Nachos

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 (440 g) Herdez Refried Beans (black or red)
  • Salt
  • 1/2 K dry tortilla chips
  • 250 g Cheddar cheese, melted
  • 1 (200 g) can Herdez Nacho Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the Herdez Refried Beans and cook until warm.
  • Season with salt and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Spread beans over each tortilla chip; place them on a serving plate.
  • Drizzle with the melted cheese and garnish with Herdez Nacho Jalapeno Peppers.
  • Serve hot.
