Mexican Nachos
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 (440 g) Herdez Refried Beans (black or red)
- Salt
- 1/2 K dry tortilla chips
- 250 g Cheddar cheese, melted
- 1 (200 g) can Herdez Nacho Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
Serves 6
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the Herdez Refried Beans and cook until warm.
- Season with salt and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Spread beans over each tortilla chip; place them on a serving plate.
- Drizzle with the melted cheese and garnish with Herdez Nacho Jalapeno Peppers.
- Serve hot.
