Chicken with Mole Vol Au Vent
- 1 (253 g) jar Dona Maria Mole
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, in cubes
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 dozen mini vol au vents or 8 regular vol au vents
Directions
Makes 2 dozen pieces or 8 servings
- Preheat the oven to 190 C.
- Heat the Dona Maria Mole in a saucepan and add the chicken broth, stirring until the mixture has thickened and is warm.
- Add the chicken.
- Fill the vol au vents with the mixture and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
- Place the vol au vents on a baking sheet and heat for 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
