Chicken with Mole Vol Au Vent

Ingredients
  • 1 (253 g) jar Dona Maria Mole
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, in cubes
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 dozen mini vol au vents or 8 regular vol au vents
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 190 C.
  • Heat the Dona Maria Mole in a saucepan and add the chicken broth, stirring until the mixture has thickened and is warm.
  • Add the chicken.
  • Fill the vol au vents with the mixture and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
  • Place the vol au vents on a baking sheet and heat for 15 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.

Makes 2 dozen pieces or 8 servings
